Mediation Fee Schedule for Divorce, Separation
& Child Custody/Visitation
Fees are based on joint annual gross income. This includes
income from all sources, including, but not limited to, salaries,
investments, child support payments, from previous marriages and
gross self-employment income, minus ordinary and necessary expenses.
Payment
is made prior to the beginning of the session. The following scale
will determine the per session fee:
