Executive Director

Cheryl Cutrona is the Executive Director of the Good Shepherd Mediation Program (GSMP). She is an attorney, mediator, trainer, facilitator, writer and editor. In addition to her work at GSMP, she mediates for the PA Department of Education Office of Dispute Resolution, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the United States Postal Service. Cutrona sits on the Court Improvement Project Committee of the Philadelphia Family Court Dependency Unit, the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, the Board of Directors of the Association for Conflict Resolution Greater Delaware Valley Chapter, and the Editorial Board of Conflict Resolution Quarterly. Cutrona holds a BA from Michigan State University, a Masters in Library Science from Wayne State University, and a JD from Temple University, Beasley School of Law.

Rivkeh Ahmad
Mediation Coordinator
Rivkeh Ahmad was born and raised in Salinas, California but has made Philadelphia her home for the past five years. Before taking on the position of GSMP's Mediation Services Coordinator, Rivkeh spent two years as an Americorps VISTA in both Albuquerque, New Mexico and Philadelphia. She graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Anthropology with an emphasis in Ethnography. Rivkeh has worked in various capacities for non-profit organizations such as "Needle Exchange" for the Monterey County AIDS Project, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Dorothy's Kitchen, Center for Service Learning, Chester Eastside Ministries, and the Philadelphia Coalition against Hunger (S.H.A.R.E warehouse).

Randy Duque
Managing Director
Randy Duque oversees the diversion programs for juvenile offenders, namely, the Summary Offender Diversion Program, Impact of Auto Theft and Youth Aid Panel referrals as well as the victim offender conferencing program. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biological Anthropology and a Master's Degree in Applied Communication and Conflict Processes Program both from Temple University. Randy gained conflict resolution experience and training skills from his work as a university instructor and as a graduate peer educator for Temple University's Conflict Education Resource Team. Additionally, he has been associated with GSMP since 2003 through his employment as the Dispute Resolution Skills Training Coordinator; volunteering as a mediator; and through facilitation services in Pre-Hearing Conferences at Philadelphia Family Court.

Adrian Sagan
Restorative Justice Specialist
Adrian has been involved in the criminal justice field as a victim advocate, counselor, program coordinator and workshop facilitator. He is a mediator and restorative justice practitioner with experience in community mediation and victim and offender dialogue. Adrian is a restorative justice facilitator for Pennsylvania's Office of the Victim Advocate for cases of violent crime. Sagan holds a B.A. in Sociology and Human Services from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Saint Josephs University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Kyle Morris
Summary Offender Diversion Program & Impact of Auto Theft Program Liaison
Kyle Morris is responsible for keeping relations with participating police districts to the SODP, the Philadelphia Police Department's Auto Squad, and lead training in the IATP workshops. He attended Delaware State University where he studied biology. Kyle has various experiences in education and social work. Kyle also holds a certificate in teaching anger management.

DeVonne White
Schools and Communities Manager
DeVonne White, School and Community Services Manager at Good Shepherd Mediation Program has been mediating since 1985 and training since 1987. She graduated from Long Island University, Brooklyn New York with a B.A. in Elementary Education. Her expertise includes designing and conducting conflict resolution training in the areas of family school, community and juvenile justice.

Karen McArdle
Office Manager
Karen McArdle is the part-time Office Manager at Good Shepherd Mediation Program (GSMP). She began her career at GSMP as an Americorps volunteer and helped coordinate a diversion program for juvenile offenders. In 2001 she became the Human Resources Manager. She holds a BA from Muhlenberg College in Human Resources Administration.

Cynthia Blue
Office Assistant
Cynthia is responsible for the Administrative/Secretarial function at Good Shepherd Mediation Program. Cynthia came to GSMP with over twenty-five years of experience in her field.

Good Shepherd Volunteer Program
Good Shepherd Volunteer Program allows young adults a chance to work with children and families who are experiencing the social stresses of poverty, violence, substance abuse and unemployment.
