Objectives:
To explore perceptions, group identity, assumptions and stereotypes; to constructively address disruptive beliefs and biased behaviors that divide and devalue people; and to define how we can build communities where all races and cultures live together in peace.

"People fail to get along because they fear each other; they fear each other because they don't know each other; they don't know each other because they have not communicated with each other."
— Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

In this three-hour workshop, participants will reflect on their personal identity, discuss inter-group relations and communicate about what we can do to build relationships in a diverse community.

$100 (per hour; per trainer. Class size limited to 24 per trainer. Large groups can be accommodated with advance planning)
