Our Staff

• Cheryl Cutrona, Esq.
  Executive Director
  Cheryl Cutrona is the Executive Director of the Good Shepherd Mediation Program (GSMP). She is an attorney, mediator, conflict coach, trainer, facilitator, writer and editor. In addition to her work at GSMP, she mediates for the PA Department of Education Office of Dispute Resolution, the Philadelphia Bar Association Lawyer Fee Disputes program, the Landlord-Tenant Appeals Mediation program, and the United States Postal Service REDRESS. She arbitrates for the Better Business Bureau, Demars Associates and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Center. Cutrona sits on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, the Board of Directors of the Association for Conflict Resolution Greater Delaware Valley Chapter, and the Editorial Board of Conflict Resolution Quarterly. In 2008, she received the Pennsylvania Bar Association ADR Committee's "Sir Francis Bacon Dispute Resolution Award." In 2010, the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators named her "Peacemaker of the Year." Cutrona holds a BA from Michigan State University, a Masters in Library Science from Wayne State University, and a JD from Temple University, Beasley School of Law.
• Randy Duque, M.A.
  Managing Director
  Randy Duque, MA, is a mediator, trainer, facilitator, and conflict coach who holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Anthropology and a master’s degree in Applied Communication and Conflict Processes, both from Temple University where he is also an adjunct faculty member for the Department of Psychological Studies. Duque has worked in and presented at national and international forums, such as in California, Michigan, Israel, the Philippines, and Guam. His professional memberships include: the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) National member, ACR-Greater Delaware Valley Chapter Board Member, and the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation – Next Generation Member; and is a member of the 28th Infantry Division, PA Army National Guard.
• Clymer Bardsley, Esq.
  Training & Consulting Manager
  Bardsley coordinates GSMP training workshops and consults with local schools and organizations to provide services in conflict resolution and related services. He mediates regularly in dependency and custody court. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Middlebury College in Vermont and his JD at The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was an active mediator both as a student and as a graduate consultant. He has come to GSMP from Ohio State’s Moritz College of Law, where he was a teaching fellow and staff attorney for their Program on Dispute Resolution. Prior to his work in conflict resolution, Bardsley was a U.S. History teacher and a prosecutor in New York City’s Family Court. 
• Shakeya Currie Foreman, Esq.
  Mediation Coordinator
  Foreman coordinates the intake, scheduling and case management of all mediations, oversees outreach to potential referral sources, and coordinates the volunteer mediators. A trained facilitator, community organizer, and justice advocate Shakeya received her undergraduate degree in Government and African-American Studies from the University of Virginia. She went on to receive her JD from The University of Maryland School of Law, where she was involved with the Re-entry of Ex-Offenders Clinical Law Program studying the collateral consequences of criminal convictions on individuals and communities. Before joining Good Shepherd Mediation Program, she was engaged in the private practice of law and worked for the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Employment Development as a Mayoral Fellow.
• Adrian Sagan
  Restorative Justice Specialist
  Adrian has been involved in the criminal justice field as a victim advocate, counselor, program coordinator and workshop facilitator. He is a mediator and restorative justice practitioner with experience in community mediation and victim and offender dialogue. Adrian is a restorative justice facilitator for Pennsylvania's Office of the Victim Advocate for cases of violent crime. Sagan holds a B.A. in Sociology and Human Services from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Saint Josephs University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
• Kyle Morris
  Juvenile Offender Diversion Programs Coordinator
  Kyle Morris is responsible for keeping relations with participating police districts to the SODP, the Philadelphia Police Department's Auto Squad, and lead training in the IATP workshops. He has a BS degree from Delaware State University and is currently working towards his Masters in Social Work at Rutgers University in Camden. Kyle has various experiences in education and social work. Kyle also holds a certificate in teaching anger management.
• Karen McArdle
  Office Manager
  Karen McArdle is the part-time Office Manager at Good Shepherd Mediation Program (GSMP). She began her career at GSMP as an Americorps volunteer and helped coordinate a diversion program for juvenile offenders. In 2001 she became the Human Resources Manager. She holds a BA from Muhlenberg College in Human Resources Administration.
• Cynthia Blue
  Office Assistant
  Cynthia is responsible for the Administrative/Secretarial function at Good Shepherd Mediation Program. Cynthia came to GSMP with over twenty-five years of experience in her field.

Good Shepherd Volunteer Program

Good Shepherd Volunteer Program allows young adults a chance to work with children and families who are experiencing the social stresses of poverty, violence, substance abuse and unemployment.
