Advanced Mediation Training

THIS IS A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP. PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A LINK THE MORNING OF THE EVENT.

This advanced skills-based training takes a deep dive into the mediation process. Participants will learn micro-skills and strategies to keep the parties on track and moving forward. By closely examining your mediation style, you will gain insight into its influence on the parties, process, and outcome.

The course objectives include building trust, reframing inflammatory language, asking effective questions, uncovering and negotiating interests, and intervening when emotions run high.

Come prepared for an engaging seminar that combines lecture, group discussion, activities, and role-playing. There will be ample opportunities to practice these skills throughout the day. Bring your challenges, insights, and successes to share with the group.
