Nonviolent Communication: Creating Connection

CANCELLED - NEW DATE TBA

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) supports human connection by refocusing attention. By focusing on what we share in common, namely our universal needs, we sense our shared humanity. This perspective naturally dissolves differences and supports cooperation. This Zoom class provides content and practice with the powerful 4-Step NVC methodology to refocus attention. Morning and afternoon sessions support deeper learning, yet each class can stand alone. Breakout room experiences are planned to support skills integration. Classes should have impact whether you identify as a new or seasoned NVC practitioner.

Trainer: River Dunavin, MPA, brings over 40 years of human potential training and practice to his work as a facilitator, mediator, and coach. He studied directly with the developer of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Marshall Rosenberg, and other personal growth pioneersRiver is the only Certified NVC Trainer in Pennsylvania. Since 2006, River has facilitated NVC programs in New Mexico, Texas, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.
